Responsibility:

o Produce presentations customized to the client, with the help of product creativity, on the occasion of visits of customers or trade shows and events.

o In collaboration with research laboratories, any changes in texture with supplemental evidence of stability, compatibility, industrialization and so contribute to the liberalization of the formula.

o For customers of competence, will monitor each project in order to realize product development which will later be followed by Operational Marketing.

o Summary the Sales report and analysis the data to monitor the new formula developing plan.

Requirement:

o Chemistry or Cosmetic Science bachelor’s degree. (Master’s or higher preferred)

o At least 8 years’ experience in cosmetic/personal care industry, especially formulation development.

o Able to clearly communicate his/her thoughts/ideas

o Passionate about product development.

o Strong chemistry, skin care formulation technical expertise.

o Fluent in Mandarin & English

Responsibility:

o Lead and manage client project formulation development.

o Coach & mentor Scientists through training and provide support to chemist on technical issues.

o Work closely with CRB team to exchange technical information & “know-how”.

o Networking with business divisions to understand business needs.

o Provide all required technical information & explanations required by sales team and customers.

o Technical support to sales team, including local texture proposals to client, client technical inquiry

o Client visit for technical support with sales.

o Skin care evaluation parallel team set up for internal IN VIVO test

o Actives and fragrances proposals for clients

o Efficacy actives focus list for Itech skin care.

o Provide technical parts information for projects development BPR.

o Other tasks assigned by superior.
